Study Abroad USA: CIBU – Application

Application deadlines at CIBU:

- Fall quarter (September – December) – August 1
- Winter quarter (January – March) – November 1
- Spring quarter (March – May) – February 1
- Summer quarter (June – August) – May 1

International students should apply at least 6 month before begin of studies.

Application documents:

Following documents need to be submitted for application at the California International Business University

Master of Business Administration (MBA)/Master of Sciences in International Management (MSIM):

- Application of Enrollment – completely filled in and signed
- Study Abroad Form – document will be sent to you via email, please email it back as a word-document
- Application fee $250 (not refundable)
- Certificates that prove your English skills – TOEFL test or equivalent test (minimum TOEFL score, paper based – 550, computer based – 80)
- All previous term reports in English and certified
- Classification and evaluation of your term reports
- Bank statement (not older than 6 month) – over a sum of $24.000 for tuition fees and living expenses
- Copy of your passport (must be good until 6 month after the termination of your study)
- Certification of your overseas student health insurance coverage

Bachelor of Science in Management (BS):

- Application for Enrollment – completely filled in and signed
- Study Abroad Form – document will be sent to you via email, please mail it back as a word-document
- Application fee $250 (not refundable)
- Certificates that prove your English skills – TOEFL test or equivalent test (minimum TOEFL score, paper based – 500, computer based – 73)
- All previous term reports in English and certified
- Classification and evaluation of your term reports
- Bank statement (not older than 6 month) – over a sum of $18.000 for tuition fees and living expenses
- Copy of your passport(must be good until 6 month after the termination of your study)
- Certification of your overseas student health cover

Semester Abroad at California International Business University

- Application for Enrollment – completely filled in and signed
- Study Abroad Form – document will be sent to you via email, please mail it back as a word-document
- Application fee $250 (not refundable)
- All previous term reports in English and certified
- Classification and evaluation of your term reports
- Bank statement (not older than 6 month) – over a sum of $7.000 for tuition fees and living expenses
- Copy of your passport (must be good until 6 month after the termination of your study)
- Certification of your overseas student health cover
