Academic Programs at CIBU
At California International Business University you can choose between 5 different degree programs and several short term study abroad options (3-12 months).
Bachelor of Science in Management (BS) – 9 to 12 months
The California International Business University offers upper level Bachelor (B.Sc.) courses, which can be completed within one year of full time study.
Master of Science in International Management (MSIM) – 12 months
After completing 11 courses, you will receive the Master of Science in International Management from the California International Business University.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) – 12 to 15 months
To provide you with theoretical knowledge as well as practical expertise, this degree program offers an intensive education and helps you boost your career. The MBA is recognized as the most career enhancing degree in global business and international management.
Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) – < 3 years
The Doctor of Business is the highest degree in business and offers, other than the Phd, a very practical approach that will give you not only the option to teach, but will also prepare you for the highest positions in enterprises. Throughout the program, you will receive a great academic education, but also individual support with your research from CIBUs outstanding faculty. The following specializations are possible: Accounting, Finance & Economics, Organizational Behavior, Business Law, Marketing, Management & Strategy.
Semester abroad – 3 to 6 months
You have the dream to enhance your business studies with international experiences and a semester abroad? Come to San Diego for a semester and study at CIBU. You get the chance to take interesting courses, work on real life case studies, visit successful companies as well as to get to know the “American way of life and business”. You can choose between 3 or 6 months of studies at CIBU.
